Non-disclosure agreement (NDA)

The HTML Guys fully respects your professional website design work or any other proprietary asset you may send us for the succesfull completion of your PSD to HTML, PSD to WordPress, PSD to Email or HTML to WordPress projects. Your copyrights will remain yours. We will not take your design for use on any other site, nor resell it, or give it to anyone under any circumstance. All proprietary assets, information and client relationships that you share with us will remain strictly confidential. These projects will not appear as portfolio or examples on our website without your express permission. We will never contact your clients or the clients of your clients.

We will never share this information to outside parties without your consent The email address you provide will be used for communication about your project. We may also send you occasional service offering updates, promotions and our newsletter if you’ve given us the permission to do so. We will not use your email address for any other purpose nor resell or share it to outside parties.
